Characteristics of Oilless Nitrogen Compressor
Completely oil-free, green and pollution-free, no need for oil lubrication.
Friction seals such as piston ring and guide ring are made of special materials with self-lubricating performance, which does not affect the gas composition

Vertical oil-free high-pressure nitrogen compressor

A nitrogen compressor is a type of compressor used to pressurize nitrogen and transport or store nitrogen.

Nitrogen compressors have many applications in the national economy.

For example, increasing the pressure of laser cutting nitrogen gas.
Nitrogen plays a protective gas role in laser cutting, and medium pressure nitrogen is mainly used for blowing oxygen to prevent metal cutting and surrounding oxidation at high temperatures during the cutting process, improving the cleanliness and aesthetics of the cutting surface.

Nitrogen storage
Usually, the outlet pressure of the PSA nitrogen generator is ≤ 10 barg. If the displacement of the nitrogen generator is large, or if peak and valley electricity is used for charging at night, it is more economical. It needs to store nitrogen gas for future use.

The high-pressure nitrogen compressor used for cylinder filling adopts air cooling or water cooling methods, with single acting and double acting structures.

The ES series oil-free nitrogen compressors have excellent performance, stable operation, high efficiency and energy conservation, long service life, and are widely used in nitrogen laser cutting, nitrogen canning, chemical and other industries.
